Tetso Colege is affiliated to Nagaland University (NU), accredited by NAAC (National
Assessment & Accreditation Council) and recognised under 2 (f)& 12(B) of the UGC Act 1956.
Tetso Colege is a multidisciplinary PG colege offering programs from the undergraduate to the
postgraduate level in professional (MBA, BBA, BMus, BCA), humanities and commerce streams,
with student demography across India.

The Colege was established in 1994 and is sponsored by the Council of Rengma Baptist
Churches. Since its inception, Tetso Colege has been an institution for students from al
backgrounds and walks of life who are driven and committed towards learning and lifelong
excelence. Tetso Colege has been an innovator in higher education with top-ranked
academic programmes aimed at promoting a global vision through its wide network of
colaborations with both foreign and domestic universities and institutions, industry, government,
media houses and NGOs to further the institution’s mission and vision.

The academic programmes are rigorous and demanding, and also encompass a wide variety
of experiences and growth for the al-around development of students. It is grounded in digital
learning and teaching through the integration of Google for Education, online courses,
practical learning through internships, community outreach initiatives within the indigenous
community and research development through the Department and student research projects.
Some of the recently introduced academic programmes include Bachelor of Music, MA in
Sociology, History and MBA, reflecting the institution’s commitment to academic innovation and
diversity.

Tetso Colege has a diverse teaching and student profile, encompassing among its faculty
recipients of scholarly achievements such as gold medalists and awardees of research projects
in their respective disciplines. Tetso faculty, staff, and students come from not only the
neighbouring states in the Northeast but across different states in India, alowing for cross
cultural learning and a diverse learning environment. The Colege offers Scholarships that are
both merit and financial need-based for students. Tetso Colege takes its role seriously as an
